Below you will find an email to and a response from Apple regarding my inquiry as to why our app fOtOeDgEsHD wasn't appearing on the iPad device even after adhering to their submission guidelines for having an app in the iPad AppStore Launch.
It didn't start with not showing but that was the kicker to the whole situation, and it's very clear Apple could care less about the hard working app developers or their concerns about the platform we are subjected to in order to sale software to device owners. I'm so steaming mad right now I can barely type!

User entered data:Application Availability Date: 04/06/2009 Apple ID of Application: 364911431 Application Name: FotoEdgesHD Notes: We submitted the application in time for the launch of the iPad Appstore however after searching through the apps it is not findable unless direct search with our exact app name is performed. I would like to see the app available in from the device without having to search for the app by name. This is severely hindering our initial sales, and although we had a bit of adversity to overcome with a couple rejections, and a self rejection to fix an issue we discovered, we provided the initial application which didn't receive any feedback from the review department prior to request for a GM seed build. I am very frustrated that we made your submission deadlines to get out app in for the launch, yet the app is not available as an icon based available application. Looking forward to your reply.
